Case Study - Global Energy Company

Consultant of energy company approached Inkling looking for ways to improve certain forecasting processes, bring awareness to performance metrics and competitor activity, and introduce a "fun" activity internally that would increase collaboration and discussion about the business. An initial pilot was run of 20-30 people and soon after an additional 150 were invited to participate. The marketplace continues to grow organically with over 1,500 registered participants. The majority of questions are being contributed by traders themselves.
